Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Should you receive an item and it does not meet your expectations please return it within 14 days to receive a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging. To complete your return please also include a receipt or proof of purchase and the telephone number or email you wish to be contacted on.
Once we have received your item we will contact you by phone or email to arrange your refund or exchange.
Return Postage
To return your product, you should send your product to: The Precious Metal clay Studio Ltd, Penllether, Penuwch, Tregaron, Ceredigion SY25 6RD
You will be responsible for paying for your own postal costs for returning your item. Postal costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over £30 you should consider using a trackable shipping service as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Course
Should you need to cancel a course one week prior to the course date you will be offered a refund or alternative date. Refunds less than 7 days prior to the course will receive a £20 Administration Fee.
