My silver clay journey...
I began my journey with Metal Clay, many years ago, learning to make imprints as an added service in my Pottery shop and studio – I became addicted!!!
Many training courses later, I began teaching. I am currently an instructor at the Nottingham Jewellery School but I am mostly based at my jewellery studio in the beautiful, old, historic market town of Market Bosworth where my studio looks out over open fields which I find inspirational.
I recently trained to teach Camp PMC. I love PMC clays as they are fabulous to work with and great for beginners. I am very excited to begin teaching PMC courses and inspire students to create their own lovely projects and pieces of jewellery.
Favourite silver clay technique…
I particularly like using PMC Flex to create flowers. It works so well as the flexibility in the dried clay gives you beautifully formed petals.
What excites me most about silver clay...
I love metal clay as a medium. It has so many possibilities and creates amazing results whether you are a beginner or more experienced artist.
